**Assistant Administrator Position**
- Assist in managing day to day operations
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, organizing documents
- Greet & assist visitors at Front Desk
- Provide Support to other Team Members as needed
- Attend project meetings with internal and external parties to monitor and support the construction team in a professional manner.
- Understand and perform document control functions, including tracking and creating of Request for Proposals, Project Memos and Site Instructions, transmitting and tracking of submittals, compose agreements and maintain project expediting list.
- Monitor the construction schedule to assist in delivering the project on time and on budget.
- Participating in overall project closeout, including document archival, maintenance and warranty manuals, deficiencies, and warranty work.
- Obtain quotes, issue purchase orders, and track deliverables from third party suppliers and contractors.
- Understands and enforces the contract/contract documents.
- Manages all back charges and change orders, including processing, and assessing cost and schedule impact.
- Maintain required project logs, including RFI, SI, CO, Meeting Minutes,
Progress Reports, Rentals, Equipment and Drawing logs.
**Qualifications**
- You have a construction related degree/diploma with training in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline and 1+ year of progressive construction experience.
- In-depth knowledge and employ engineering/construction methods, procedures, and building codes.
- Must have experience working with Jonas, BlueBeam, AutoCad, Microsoft software, such as Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook.
- You have a working knowledge of construction scopes and activities, project management including scheduling, sequencing, timelines, problem solving and contract software.
- Maintain the health and safety documents.
- Must have G licence and be able to travel to different project sites.
- Ability to write and administer subcontracts and purchase orders.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation
**Salary**: $46,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
