**Job description**

The Administrative Assistant position is responsible for the overall organization of the office. They are tasked with handling onboarding of new clients, maintaining client files and records, compiling year-end working papers, and preparing responses to CRA inquiries on behalf of clients among other tasks.

**Responsibilities**
- Handle onboarding of new clients by preparing and sending engagement letters, including obtaining CRA Representative access, setting up Quickbooks Account, etc;
- Compile Year-End Financials on a client's behalf on time;
- Prepare responses to CRA inquiries in partnership with a Partner or Bookkeeper;
- Reconcile CRA accounts (e.g. RC, RT, RP) for clients on a frequent basis;
- Maintain current filing system, in accordance with colour coding, folder organization, etc.;
- Update centralized CRM system; and
- Correspond with Partners and Bookkeepers about any missing client information, among other tasks.

**Qualifications**
- Past experience as an Administrative Assistant (_1+ Years_) required;
- Experience handling confidential information is considered an asset;
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Quickbooks Online; and
- Strong organizational and communication skills required

**Compensation**

**Salary**: $34,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
