Seeking a bright and dynamic Coordinator to support the Business Development Team to work for one of our great clients located in Concord, Ontario (Vaughan area). This full-time role supports the sales team and offers:

- Salary of $55,000
- Benefits
- Monday to Friday; In Office

**Core Function**:
The core function of this role is to ensure a seamless transition for all new customers into the CRM system. This will include onboarding into the CRM system as well as building a strong relationship with the customer to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

**Duties will include, but are not limited to**:

- Onboarding new clients into the CRM system and ensuring accuracy of information
- Assisting clients with support to ensure a seamless transition and making them familiar with their e-commerce platform
- Answer any questions customers have
- Collaborating with the sales team to create and maintain sales reports
- Tracking and reporting supplier sales
- Creating and maintaining detailed documentation for new tools, processes, presentations, and training documents
- Maintaining contact lists
- Special projects as assigned by leadership
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications required**:

- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role specifically as a Coordinator
- Ability to organize, prioritize, multitask, be flexible, and meet deadlines
- Ability to work well under pressure and strong attention to detail
- Ability to deal with people tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Intermediate/advanced experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00 per year
