**Knolly Bikes Inc** is looking for a Bicycle Inside Sales Representative to join our
company. This position requires an enthusiastic inside salesperson who can build relationships with both new and existing customers.
**Who we are**:
Knolly Bikes is a global wholesale distributor and online retailer of boutique mountain and gravel bicycles. Birthed from the North Shore of Vancouver, the company holds unique patents and designs that make our mountain bikes perform the best in adverse trail conditions. We are sold worldwide at local boutique bike shops and also online.
**Work environment**:
We’re a small sales and operational team of rider focused problem solvers in a busy office/warehouse space.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
Manage an existing portfolio of clients
Building rapport with customers in your assigned territory
Maintaining accurate sales records for each customer in assigned territory
Reporting sales efforts and being accountable for monthly sales goals set by the sales manager
Manage all aspects of the sales pipeline
Prospecting potential clients
Managing sales pipeline from leads
Supporting sales/marketing concepts and ideation
Customer support
Providing technical sales and troubleshooting information about our products
Acquiring & maintaining product knowledge, product technical details, and understanding inventory options for our clientele
**Knowledge**:
Being current with trending products in the bike industry, specifically gravel & mountain bike
Understanding mountain bike & gravel culture
**Qualifications**:
A minimum of 3 years of sales or customer service experience in the bicycle or outdoor hardgoods industry
Passion for mountain bike and gravel bike culture
Google G-suite experience - particularity Sheets and Gmail
Excellent interpersonal skills in order to build productive relationships with
both new and existing customers
Great time management skills, able to meet deadlines’
Can thrive and adapt in a fast-paced growing company
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
**Work location**:
Employment is at Knolly HQ; Burnaby, Canada
Must be willing to travel when required within the assigned territory
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
