Your Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations to help them find the perfect bicycle or accessory.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop your sales and hospitality skills through training, role-playing, and on-the-job experience.
  • Achieve individual monthly and annual sales targets of at least $400,000 per fiscal year for full-time Sales Associates.
  • Learn about bikes, components, apparel, and technology.
  • Participate in daily huddles and debriefs.
  • Use our Guide Sales Process to provide our customers with incredible hospitality.
  • Follow through on Quotes and Lead List communications.
  • Maintain Trek University Guide Status by completing Trek U modules to further your knowledge of our products, services, and procedures.
  • When not actively taking care of customers, you will be helping to complete Daily Task List assignments, maintain all aspects of store merchandising according to visual merchandising standards, assemble bicycles, and prep customer bikes for service.

Estimated Salary Range: $45,000 - $65,000 per annum based on location and performance.
