**Job Description**:
As a Sales and Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our painting services to potential clients, creating brand awareness, and implementing effective marketing strategies. This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends in the painting industry.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, contractors, and industry partners.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to clients, showcasing the benefits of our painting services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Utilize digital marketing channels, social media, and other platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
- Flexibility to switch task and help with other related items needed in the team in admin / accounting / operations etc.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the property improvement industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
