Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Bicycle Sales Consultant to join our team at Trek Bicycle Canada ULC. As a sales associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling bicycles and related products, and maintaining store displays.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong passion for cycling, and a desire to learn about our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Some of your key responsibilities as a Bicycle Sales Consultant include:
- Developing your sales and hospitality skills through training and on-the-job experience
- Achieving individual monthly and annual sales targets of at least $400,000 per fiscal year
- Learning about bicycles, components, apparel, and technology
- Participating in daily huddles and debriefs
- Using our Guide Sales Process to provide exceptional customer service
- Maintaining all aspects of store merchandising according to visual merchandising standards
- Assembling and pre-assembling new bicycles, and preparing customer bikes for service
What We Offer:
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as flexible holiday schedule, employee discounts on all products, and opportunities for career growth and development.
