We are seeking an experienced Account Sales Representative to join our sales efforts for our live video monitoring services.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expands our customer base. You will be working with a dynamic team of professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality, innovative CCTV monitoring solutions to our customers.

Job Functions:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expands our customer base.
- Identify new business opportunities and work to build strong relationships with potential clients.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure our solutions meet the needs of our clients.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closing, including developing proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects to understand their business needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and revenue goals, and provide regular reporting on progress towards these goals.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and work to address any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Provide feedback to the product development team to ensure our solutions remain competitive in the market.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies, and make recommendations for new product development or service offerings.

Demonstrated Skills or Experience:

- 2+ years of experience in B2B and/or direct customer sales, preferably in the security or surveillance industry.
- Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with CRM systems, such as Pipedrive, SAP or HubSpot, is a plus.
- Ability to work remotely and manage a virtual team is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
