Service and Administrative Coordinator

This is an onsite permanent full-time position of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.
**Tasks and Responsibilities**:
- Respond and direct all incoming calls quickly and professionally.
- Order stationary / office supplies as needed.
- Coordinate office equipment repairs with service providers in the event of a breakdown.
- Transfer telephone lines to our night service at the end of the day/ helping with accounts payable (paper correspondence and coding) in conjunction with the Head Office accounting department.
- Opening and processing of daily mail / Prepare all outgoing and incoming mail.
- Coordinate weekly mailing between offices.
- Order uniforms for technicians
- File work orders
- Maintain truck stock list and phone list
- Provide purchase orders as needed.
- Keep track of the daily office schedule.
- Order stationary / office supplies as needed.
- Assist with billables
- Assist with sales proposals
**Requirements**:
- Must have a diploma in a related field of study (administration, secretarial, etc.) Must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar Administrative position.
- Must understand billing / purchase / pay delivery procedures.
- Must have excellent organizational skills to plan and coordinate the various office management functions.
- Must have excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
