Administrative Coordinator

The Administrative Coordinator is a key member of our team, responsible for supporting the smooth operations of our organization. This role is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about providing exceptional administrative support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to various committees and teams
- Manage meeting minutes, agendas, and follow-up actions
- Coordinate events, including logistics, catering, and RSVPs
- Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other administrative tools
- Communicate effectively with team members, board members, and external stakeholders
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks
- Collaborate with the board and team to achieve organizational goals
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with contact management databases and software programs
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Strong task and time management skills
- Proven diplomacy, tact, and empathy
- Valid driver's license with access to a vehicle for local travel
