About the Role

The Administrative Coordinator is a key member of our team, responsible for supporting the smooth operations of our organization. This role is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about providing exceptional administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to various committees and teams
  • Manage meeting minutes, agendas, and follow-up actions
  • Coordinate events, including logistics, catering, and RSVPs
  • Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other administrative tools
  • Communicate effectively with team members, board members, and external stakeholders
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with the board and team to achieve organizational goals
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with contact management databases and software programs
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong task and time management skills
  • Proven diplomacy, tact, and empathy
  • Valid driver's license with access to a vehicle for local travel
