We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Hearthstone Inn Dartmouth. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
  • Prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
  • Perform data entry
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently
  • Efficient interpersonal skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Flexibility, organized, reliability, ability to multitask and time management
