We are looking for a full time **Service Administrator** to join our **Atlantic Crane** team in** Dartmouth, NS**. Reporting to the Service Manager, the Service Administrator will provide administrative support and perform customer relation duties in the service department. They will assist customers, coordinate appointments and services as well as process service-related paperwork.

**Principle Responsibilities**
- Completes customer bookings of services and inspections
- Processes documentation from inspections and repairs
- Coordinates materials for jobs
- Performs part research when necessary
- Organizes materials for shipping
- Complies with all company safety policies and safe work procedures
- Supports the branch with customer invoicing and organization
- Coordinates customer set-up processes with a goal of maintaining professionalism and high standards of customer satisfaction

**Required knowledge and training**
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Post-secondary education in office administration considered an asset
- Minimum 1 year experience in an office environment
- Experience working in the industrial sector an asset
- Data-entry and working with databases experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Able to prioritize workload while working with competing priorities, tight deadlines and multiple distractions
