Administrative Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team at Northstar Transport Inc.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating office services, reviewing and implementing administrative procedures, and overseeing the maintenance of records.
This is a permanent position working 35 hours per week in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and be able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
A competitive salary of $**60,000 - $80,000 per year** is offered to the right candidate based on experience.
About the RoleAs an Administrative Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the operations of our company. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures to ensure they meet the needs of the organization.
- Establishing work priorities and ensuring that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Administering policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
