**Office Coordinator - Montreal Office**

Fuze Logistics is a growing leader within the 3PL transportation space, with offices across North America. Fuze is quickly establishing themselves as a provider of choice across small mom & pop companies, all the way up to Fortune 500 companies.

We are looking for an Office Coordinator who will be supporting our HQ office in various administrative and secretarial tasks, including coordinating and special projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Meet and greet office visitors.
- Manage office supplies.
- Schedule agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management.
- Maintain staff and company calendars.
- Reserve conference spaces for meetings.
- Notify and remind all parties of upcoming events, lunches, meetings etc.
- Participate in coordinating company events and celebrations.
- Track orders and maintain vendor relationships.
- Provide general administrative support.
- Provide assistance with special projects as required.
- Promote a positive office culture and a healthy and friendly working environment.

**Requirements**:

- Previous working experience as an Office Coordinator.
- BSc/Ba in business administration or similar relevant field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and French is required.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Multi-tasking aptitude.
- Proactive problem solver.

Nous recherchons un(e) coordinateur(trice) de bureau qui soutiendra le bureau du siège dans diverses tâches administratives et de secrétariat, y compris la coordination et les projets spéciaux.

**Responsabilités**:

- Rencontrer et accueillir les visiteurs du bureau.
- Gérer les fournitures de bureau.
- Planifier les agendas, les déplacements, les rendez-vous, etc. pour la direction générale.
- Tenir à jour les calendriers du personnel et de l'entreprise.
- Réserver des espaces de conférence pour les réunions.
- Notifier et rappeler à toutes les parties les événements à venir, les déjeuners, les réunions, etc.
participer à la coordination des événements et célébrations de l'entreprise.
- Suivre les commandes et entretenir les relations avec les fournisseurs.
- Fournir un soutien administratif général.
- Aider à la réalisation de projets spéciaux, le cas échéant.
- Promouvoir une culture de bureau positive et un environnement de travail sain et amical.

**Exigences**:

- Expérience professionnelle préalable en tant que coordinateur de bureau.
- BSc/Ba en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine pertinent similaire.
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office.
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication en anglais et en français.
- Excellentes compétences en matière d'organisation et de gestion du temps.
- Aptitude à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois.
- Capacité à résoudre les problèmes de manière proactive.
