**The Position**:
We have an immediate opening for an **Administrative Assistant**.

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing daily administrative support primarily to the General Manager for Cuisinart Canada & Central South America and senior management as required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, format, and edit documents including correspondence, presentations, spreadsheets, and reports in an accurate and timely manner
- Coordinate with regional finance teams to ensure the preparation of appropriate financial reports for management review
- Prepare travel arrangements and itineraries including booking flights, hotel accommodations, and handling any last-minute changes or conflicting priorities
- Administer and maintain calendar schedules, book and coordinate meetings, manage correspondence, and provide materials, files and agendas prior to meetings
- Process invoices and expense reports for approval, payment and filing, ensuring compliance with company policy
- Conduct research, gather documents, and analyze data/information
- Create and prepare presentations, reports and other material for sales and marketing meetings
- Filing electronic and paper documents, maintain databases, records and filing system
- Assist with sales and marketing functions as required
- Assist with special projects and ad-hoc requests as required
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling documents and interacting with internal departments and external vendors, customers, and third parties
- Other duties as assigned

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education in administration, business or related field
- Minimum 5 years executive administrative assistant experience
- Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Portuguese a strong asset
- Knowledge of business related policies and practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High regard for confidentiality and discretion
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Exceptional organizational skills with a strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines
- Excellent multi-tasking skills with the ability to anticipate and respond to a variety of needs from multiple and sometimes conflicting sources
- Demonstrated ability to work well functionally and collaboratively with all levels of internal management and staff both nationally and internationally
- Ability to take initiative and work independently with little or no supervision and mínimal direction
- Experience generating daily reports using Excel
- Positive disposition and strong team player
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Knowledge of SAP an asset
