Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

**Duties**:

- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries
- Assist with data entry and maintaining office databases
- Manage office supplies and place orders as needed
- Coordinate meetings and arrange travel
- Prepare invoices, P.O's and manage expense reports
- Provide support to other team members as needed

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in an office or administrative role
- Previous experience in accounting
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document management
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
