Hotel Front Desk Supervisor

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. As the Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all front desk operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality, we would love to hear from you.
**Duties**:
- Manage and supervise front desk staff, including scheduling and training
- Greet guests and provide them with outstanding customer service
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality of personal information
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the front desk area
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
- Implement effective strategies to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is required
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong customer service skills
- Proficiency in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of hotel operations and reservation systems is desirable
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $16.55-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
