Assistant Front Desk Manager

**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the front desk operations efficiently
- Greet and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle phone calls and inquiries promptly and professionally
- Check-in and check-out guests accurately
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing their needs and resolving any issues
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a front desk or hospitality role
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in using phone systems and office equipment
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Supervising: 2 years (preferred)
- Hotel: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
