Dodds Garage Doors is a 65-year-old family business that is passionate about serving our customers. We are the largest residential garage and entry door company in Southern Ontario and will have worked together to serve 800,000 satisfied customers by 2032.

Our customers are residential and commercial property owners, property managers, builders, and developers. We provide installation as well as repair and maintenance services for residential, commercial and industrial properties. If you have experience working with these types of customers

- Establish new accounts through cold calling and effective relationship building.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities within assigned portfolios.
- Regularly monitor the health of customers and work with the Customer Support team to maintain customer satisfaction and retention.
- Visit customers’ project sites and understand the custom home build process.
- Track sales and adapt plans to achieve sales targets as required.
- Prepare quotations and pricing for customers.
- Establish and maintain a strong rapport with customers.
- Maintain account and opportunity forecasting along with accurate and accessible records of correspondence and updates.

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for business expansion.
- Qualify and follow up on leads to understand their needs and assess their potential as customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and industry influencers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and results to the management team.
