We are currently seeking an energetic and driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative (BDR).

Role Overview:
As a Business Development Representative at Revenue Management Labs, you will be at the forefront of generating interest and building relationships with potential clients. You will create and actively reach out to prospects. Your creativity, diligence, and ability to understand client needs will be crucial in articulating RML solutions to prospects. You will play a pivotal role in driving top-of-the-funnel lead generation and building contacts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for Partners.
- Collaborate with RML leaders to target new contacts and develop compelling messages.
- Understand the services RML offers and use that knowledge to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
- Conduct discovery and qualification calls/chats with prospects to understand their requirements.
- Innovate and develop new strategies to build relationships.
- Create a tracking system for leads and existing clients.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
- 2-4 years of inside sales, lead generation, and/or business development experience in a Professional Services, B2B environment.
- High emotional intelligence, strong listening skills, and professional maturity.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to establish rapport with senior executives and communicate effectively internally.
- Self-motivated and able to multitask while maintaining focus.
- High energy and a strong work ethic, dedicated to meeting individual goals.
- Ability to make long-lasting connections with customers and create customer experiences driven by desired outcomes.
- Experience in creating strategic plans and owning the end-to-end sales process, with a focus on winning new business and ensuring customer success.
