Admin Assistant

**Roles and Responsibilities will include**:
- Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, processing the mail, etc.
- Organize timesheets and google calendar;
- Maintain an electronic and physical filing system;
- Maintain customer discovery and investor contact lists in Excel, update as assigned;
- Order office supplies
- Schedule meetings, take meeting minutes;
- Assisting with various projects as directed (grants, awards, Applications)
**You Are**:
- A post-secondary graduate
- Legally entitled to work in Canada (i.e. Canadian citizen, permanent Resident or person who has been granted refugee status)
- Interested in environmental sustainability, workplace health and wellness, and client discovery and success
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From $22.00 per hour
