Office Assistant

Filing AR invoices and AP Vendor invoices and payments, with some basic computer work on excel and word. Attention to detail a must.
Hourly $18.50 per hour --Part-time approximately 12 -20 hours per week, two
- three days, we are flexible within our 8am-5pm office hours; choose your own schedule that works for you
Job Description: filing, matching slips to AP invoices, sorting waste slips, reviewing AR invoices and then preparing invoices and cheques to be mailed. Compile data, statistics and other information in excel.
Butler Disposal and Recycling is a friendly busy office but we are a Rural location, a car will be required as there is no bus service to our location.
