Receptionist/administrative Assistant

You are responsible for a wide variety of clerical office duties in support of company administration. Including coordinating and communicating office activities, answering and referring inbound telephone calls, invoicing customers, and collections.
- Refer all inquiries to the appropriate individuals, divisions, or departments across the organization.
- Type forms, letters, reports, and memos as necessary.
- Receive and distribute all forms of paper correspondence.
- Organize, maintain, and coordinate office records and files in their proper locations.
- Where necessary, assist in compiling data for various reports.
- Invoice customers through the system.
- Call customers to request payment for customers over payment terms.
- Setup new customers for Sales Representatives.
- Print delivery notes for the driver on a weekly basis.
- Maintain the reception desk in a tidy and presentable manner.

Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
