Responsibilities:

- Primary responsibility currently includes scanning receipts, and/or other duties assigned by CAO
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Prepare and transcribe documents, correspondence, and reports
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Process orders and maintain order entry records

**Requirements**:

- Students welcome
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to learn
