**Overview**
**Duties**
- Greet and assist clients and visitors upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries or directing calls as necessary.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized calendar for the office.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining patient records in a computerized system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth operations within the office.
- Uphold confidentiality standards regarding patient information.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role, preferably in a medical office setting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent filing skills.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
