We’re looking for an amazing contract (2-3 hours per week to start) Administrative
Assistant to join our team and help make sure all of the admin & operations in our business runs smoothly.

**POSITION OVERVIEW**
- This is a part-time contract position (2-3 hours a week to start) that we fully expect to grow within the next 6 months as we launch our new coaching offers.
- Hours and responsibilities (i.e. support tracking leads, sign ups, and answering coaching related questions) will increase as soon as coaching offers become available.
- You will be joining our small 3-person team so you will be working closely with the business owner.
- The job is flexible and 100% remote. Though much of the work can be done on your schedule, you will need to be available 9am-5pm PT Monday-Friday to assist with customer service, potential meetings, and communication with the team.

**MISSION**

The mission of the Administrative assistant is to ensure that the business runs smoothly. The Administrative assistant will be in charge of keeping our operations organized, onboarding and managing clients, and optimizing our systems.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

The Administrative Assistant will have the following primary responsibilities:

- Onboard new clients (i.e. sending out forms, help with profile and appointment set up).
- Keep track of payments.
- Create and update documents, spreadsheets for the business.
- Streamline administrative processes to make them more efficient.
- Provide light technical assistance (i.e. updating contact form on website, updating settings on booking system).

**-Reliable and communicative. **You do things when you say you will, and are quick at responding. You anticipate and communicate potential blocks, are good at giving and receiving feedback, and provide advance notice when plans change.
- **Great with spreadsheets, task management and systems. **You have a natural tendency to break things down into smaller tasks, and schedule them out accordingly. It’s easy for you to figure out systems and use management tools.
- **Attention to detail. **You have an incredible attention to detail which makes it easy for you to spot typo’s, mistakes, and point out things that could be improved. You always double-check your work to make sure it reads well and is grammatically correct.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
**Experience**:Minimum 1 year administrative experience. Proficient using Gsuite.
Experience with a project and booking management systems like Airtable or Jane App.

**Job Type**:Part-Time (2-3 hours per week to start), Contract (with potential to grow in the next 6 months).
**Compensation**:Starts at $20 an hour.
