**Company overview**:
We are a fairly new & young family owned Home Renovations company _(two brothers) _with a passion for providing top-notch customer service while producing high quality construction projects. We continuously focus on overall growth and improvements while maintaining a positive team culture environment. Our projects range anywhere from bathroom remodels to entire full-home renovations in the GHTA.

**Seeking**:
We are looking to hire a self motivated, organized and creative individual who can join our small and growing team and take part in helping to improve not only their own job role but the overall success and growth of the company as well.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in our team by handling important administrative tasks, supporting our Project Manager/Salesperson and assisting the company implement new ideas.

**If you are a goal-oriented individual with an entrepreneurial mindset, we would love to hear from you. This is a full-time work-from-home position with opportunities to grow and advance your career.**

**Responsibilities **_- but not limited to:_
- Provide general administrative support to the project manager, salesperson and overall company needs
- Provide excellent customer support to our clients
- Contact suppliers, clients and subcontractors as needed
- Maintain and organize files and documents
- Create new documents/templates/content as needed using Canva, chatGPT, Google docs/sheets and other
- Help to implement and improve new systems to benefit the overall success of the company
- **Create, manage, and post to social media accounts is a bonus

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in Gmail and Google Drive
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Maintain a positive attitude in stressful situations
- Self motivated and always thriving to grow and improve
- Excellent in english speaking and writing skills
- *Experience in the construction industry is a plus
- *Experience with Canva and social media platforms is a plus
