**Position Overview**

We are seeking a dynamic customer-facing Channel Success/Support Specialist to join our team (bilingual English/French). This role will be instrumental in maintaining and expanding our support for existing channel partners and providing pre and post sales support for our solutions. As a key liaison between Raven and these key partners, you will play a vital role in facilitating our overall growth strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Partner and Customer Demonstrations: Collaboratively conduct demonstrations of our solutions alongside channel partner sales personnel to both existing and prospective customers, showcasing the value and capabilities of our offerings.
- Support Inquiry Response: Serve as the first and second tier support contact for inquiries from channel partners and their customers. Coordinate with internal resources to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Weekly Partner Collaboration: Actively participate in weekly calls with channel partners, ensuring alignment, addressing any concerns, and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Communication and Coordination: Serve as the go-to contact for channel partner personnel and their customers for any questions or concerns related to our solutions. Ensure a high level of satisfaction through excellent service and communication.
- Sales Opportunity Tracking and Order Fulfillment: Monitor and track sales opportunities brought forth by key accounts, coordinating the necessary steps for successful order fulfillment.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in customer-facing roles within the technology sector, preferably in channel sales or support.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to support coordination of efforts across different departments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Technology, or related field preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English is mandatory.
