research, clinical practice, and policy.About the Position

CAPSA is seeking a dynamic and skilled Bilingual Training and Education Specialist to join our team and
support our mission. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders, including healthcare,
community organizations and corporate partners, to create and implement programs and initiatives that
support the improvement of people’s Substance Use Health.

Job ResponsibilitiesEducation and Training
  • Deliver education and training to organizations and groups.
  • Evaluate and continuously improve program content and delivery methods to ensure
    effectiveness and engagement.
  • Collaborate in the development of new trainings and training materials in conjunction with
    leadership and CAPSA staff.
  • Collaborate on projects and co-designed, co-led events with and for partner organizations.
Communication and Collaboration
  • Liaise with all team members to ensure coordination education and training activities.
  • Involve key CAPSA team members in projects as needed.
  • Identify new opportunities to engage with and respond to the needs of partners, stakeholders,
    and healthcare/private systems.
  • Monitor and evaluate progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure
    successful delivery of initiatives
Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree in a related field, or a combination of education and experience.
  • Bilingual French/English, with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
