Education and Training Development Specialist

About the PositionWe are seeking a dynamic and skilled Bilingual Training and Education Specialist to join our team in Ottawa, ON. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders, including healthcare organizations and corporate partners, to create and implement programs that support the improvement of people's Substance Use Health.
Key Responsibilities- Education and Training: Develop and deliver education and training programs for organizations and groups to improve their knowledge and skills in Substance Use Health.
- Evaluation and Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve program content and delivery methods to ensure effectiveness and engagement.
- Collaboration and Project Management: Collaborate with leadership and CAPSA staff to develop new trainings and training materials, and manage projects and co-designed events with partner organizations.
- Bachelor's Degree: An undergraduate degree in a related field, or a combination of education and experience.
- Languages: Bilingual French/English, with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
$60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on location and experience.
