**Job Overview**

**Duties**:

- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks
- Maintain office organization and filing systems
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy
- Provide customer support and address inquiries professionally
- Support front desk operations as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in a medical or dental office setting is preferred
- Proficiency in data entry and working with phone systems
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle various administrative tasks efficiently
- Prior experience as a clerk or in customer support roles would be beneficial

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $23.66-$24.97 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
