Administrative Assistant

- Our team builds value and relationships through forming custom approaches for our client’s individual needs and in executing on those approaches through experience, pro-activity and a conscious recognition of the importance of the services we are engaged for._
- Filing and organization of paperwork;
- Corresponding with technicians when required;
- Retrieving and issuing PO numbers for jobs;
- Assisting senior and office staff with day to day operations;
- Relaying information and parts to and from the office;
- Handling inbound/outbound calls;
- Maintaining good relations with customers;
- Ensuring that technicians complete notes and documents correctly;
- Being a point-to-point contact for inside sales and quote follow ups;
- Other duties as assigned.
**What we’re looking for**:
- Experience in the fire alarm/sprinkler industry a plus;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office;
- Strong IT literacy;
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Ability to take ownership and resolve conflict;
- Valid Driver’s license.
**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
