**EPTCON Ltd**. is a specialized contracting company that provides complete Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) of High Voltage electrical installations. The Project Administrator Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to provide coordination support to projects. Responsibilities include job start up and close out, preparation, organization, and maintenance of all project related documentation, monitoring budgets, change notices/orders and procurement as well as subcontractor coordination and invoicing the Customer. Other duties include tracking NCRs, developing progress reports and general administrative requests.

**We're looking at motivated individuals with**
- Prepare project binders, templates and information at the start of the job
- Prepare, organize and maintain project folder on the server.
- Ensure all project related documentation is tracked and recorded.
- Maintain current drawing and report binders and provide updates as required
- Assist with procurement, tracking of orders, issuing subcontracts.
- Invoicing the Customer, submitting and tracking change notices and subsequent change orders.
- Assist with preparing, submitting and monitoring of project NCR’s.
- Attend/Setup/take minutes of project related meetings and/or conference calls.
- Generate and track Requests for Information (RFI’s)
- Assist with creating, entering and monitoring the project budget.
- Generate monthly job cost reports and all other accounting reports when requested.
- Assist with materials receiving as required.
- Prepare Operations & Maintenance and Quality Assurance documentation for review by the Project Managers and submittal to the Customer
- Track and report on site hours worked by employees (for EPSCA and/or other Project specific reporting)
- Complete locates when required
- Prepare and submit Electrical Safety Association (ESA) permits and drawing review packages
- Adhere to company Quality Management System (QMS)
- Adhere to all company workplace policies, standards, procedures and safe work practices

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in Business Administration
- 3-5 years relevant work experience with projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Proficient with MSOffice products especially Excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times
- Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities in order to meet deadlines
- Flexible and adaptable to changing needs
- Experience in High-voltage construction is an asset
