Project Coordinator/administrative Assistant

Cambridge, Canada BRANTCO CONSTRUCTION Full time

Brantco Construction has a full time position for a Project Coordinator/Administrative Assistant to start working ASAP. Applicant must be a recent college or university graduate and have a minimum 1-year experience working in an office.

**Job Purpose**: Provide clerical and administrative support.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preparing invoices on the monthly basis as requested by project managers in a timely manner.
- Prepare the accounts receivable reports and meet with project managers on the regular basis to discuss any issues on site that could delay payment.
- Provide Statutory Declarations, WSIB/WSIR reports, warranties for payment release as requested.
- Prepare the work order from provided contract and tender documents and enter the required information into Sitedocs.
- Obtain and renew the individual insurance certificates for each project from the insurance company as requested.
- Submit prequals to prove that we have necessary requirements to complete the projects successfully.
- Other miscellaneous tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- College or university diploma or equivalent working experience.
- Proficient in the use of MS Word and Excel, must have a strong Math background and experience in accounting is an asset.
- Ability to multitask, strong attention to detail, time management and high level of organization skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
