We are currently looking for an organized **Administrative Coordinator** with superior time management skills, exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities to assist the Art department and facilitate the workflow.

Reporting to the Creative Design manager, you are responsible for coordinating packaging artwork, social media and sales team requests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Experience working in a dynamic environment;
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and collaborate to ensure effective and seamless workflow;
- Coordinate graphic art requests from product, social media and sales teams and assign them to the graphic designers, keep track of them in the schedule and ensure that any changes and updates are communicated in a timely fashion;
- Create timelines for the development of new brands and track it in the schedule;
- Create a project timeline for the annual catalogue, toy fairs and other marketing events and coordinate with the graphic designers to ensure projects are completed on time;
- Organize invoices and follow up with vendors;
- Assist with special projects as needed.

**Skills, Competencies & Requirements**:

- College or university diploma in a related field or an equivalent combination of experience and training;
- Strong project coordinating and scheduling abilities;
- Proficiency with MS Office and Timeline Project managing software;
- Experience with Adobe Suite (an asset);
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills;
- Demonstrated proactive approach to problem solving;
- Adaptable, self-reliant, strong attention to detail and positive/upbeat attitude;
- Ability to adapt to a constantly changing and dynamic environment.

**Experience**:

- 3+ years experience in a similar position

On est présentement à la recherche d’un(e) **Coordonnateur(trice) Administratif(tive) **avec des bonnes habiletés en communication, gestion de temps et résolution de problèmes pour assister le département d’Art et faciliter le processus du travail.

Se rapportant au gestionnaire de la conception créative, vous serez responsable de coordonner les ouvrages d’art et les demandes des équipes des réseaux sociaux et des produits.

**Responsabilités**:

- Expérience de travail dans un environnement dynamique ;
- Lier avec les parties internes et externes et collaborer pour assurer un processus de travail efficace;
- Coordonner les demandes d’art graphique des équipes de produit, réseaux sociaux et des ventes puis les assigner aux concepteurs(trices) graphique, tenir à jour les demandes dans le calendrier et s’assurer que tout changement et mise à jour est communiqué dans les meilleurs délais;
- Créer des chronologies pour suivre le développement de nouvelles marques et mettre à jour le progrès dans le calendrier;
- Créer une chronologie de projet pour le catalogue annuel, foires de jouets et autres évènements marketing et coordonner avec les concepteurs(trices) graphique pour assurer que les projets sont complétés à temps;
- Organiser les factures et faire le suivi avec les fournisseurs;
- Assister avec les projets spéciaux au besoin.

**Connaissances, Compétences et Exigences**:

- Diplôme collégial ou universitaire dans un domaine relié ou une combinaison équivalente d’expérience et formation;
- Fortes habiletés en gestion de projets et planification;
- Maîtrise de MS Office et connaissance des logiciels de planification et gestion de projet;
- Expérience avec Adobe Suite (un atout);
- Capacité de prioriser les
