We are currently looking for a **Sales Coordinator** to assist the sales team, support sales representatives with price lists, customer specific format quotations, item presentation as well as coordinate samples to facilitate the sales activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to sales teams in connection with customer inquiries processing, sales planning and sales orders
- Prepare and submit for approval the item presentations, quote sheets on customer specific format and requirements
- Data entry on SharePoint or customers online portals related to sales activity monitoring
- Coordinate samples of various products and provide to customer buyers in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist in general office work and other administrative tasks as required

**Skills, Competencies & Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Outlook, MS Excel & Word
- Post-secondary degree in a related field
- Excellent knowledge of English to deal with the foreign divisions and international customers;
- Experience in import business is an asset
- Good understanding of shipping containers is an asset
- Knowledge of ERP system (Dynamics 365 Business Central) is an asset
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail, with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and strong sense of responsibility
- Able to multitask effectively and manage priorities
- Ability to adapt to a constantly changing and dynamic environment

**Experience**:

- Minimum 3 years of related experience in a sales or administrative role

Nous recherchons actuellement un(e) **coordonnateur(trice) aux ventes** pour assister l'équipe des ventes, soutenir les représentants des ventes avec les listes de prix, les devis de format spécifiques aux clients, la présentation des articles ainsi que coordonner les échantillons pour faciliter les activités de vente.

**Responsabilités**:

- Fournir un soutien administratif aux équipes de vente dans le cadre du traitement des demandes des clients, de la planification des ventes et des bons de commande
- Préparer et soumettre pour approbation les présentations d'articles, les fiches de devis sur le format et les exigences spécifiques du client
- Saisie de données sur SharePoint ou sur les portails en ligne des clients liés au suivi des ventes
- Coordonner les échantillons de divers produits et les fournir aux clients de manière rapide et efficace
- Participer au travail de bureau général et à d'autres tâches administratives au besoin

**Aptitudes, compétences et exigences**:

- Maîtrise de Outlook, MS Excel et Word
- Diplôme d'études postsecondaires dans un domaine connexe
- Excellente connaissance de l'anglais pour communiquer avec les divisions étrangères et les clients internationaux
- Expérience dans le domaine d'importation est un atout
- Une bonne compréhension de conteneurs est un atout
- La connaissance du système ERP (Dynamics 365 Business Central) est un atout
- Bonnes compétences organisationnelles et souci du détail, avec de bonnes compétences interpersonnelles et de communication
- Autonome et fort sens des responsabilités
- Capable d'effectuer plusieurs tâches efficacement et de gérer les priorités
- Capacité à s'adapter à un environnement en constante évolution et dynamique

**Expérience**:

- Minimum 3 ans d'expérience reliée dans un rôle en vente ou administration
