Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate surgical procedures and appointments for patients
- Manage patient scheduling and ensure efficient flow of the surgical process
- Communicate effectively with medical staff, patients, and insurance providers
- Maintain accurate patient records in electronic medical records system
- Assist with administrative tasks related to surgical coordination
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a medical or dental office setting
- Proficiency in using office software and electronic medical records systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment, utilizing your administrative skills to support surgical operations effectively.
Pay: $26.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
