HR Coordinator

**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support recruitment process from beginning to end, including:
- Support and coordinate all activities involved in new store openings and job fairs;
- Liaison with the Marketing department to increase social media presence;
- Gather data to complete salary analysis;
- Support integration and onboarding of Head Office management roles as well as Field leaders.
- Coordinate the exit interview process;
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars;
- Monitor, track, and report on various data points such as turnover, vacant roles, vacation usage, survey participation, etc.;
- Collaborate and support the HR team on all initiatives and program launches, including the preparation of presentations;
- Provide support to the users and troubleshoot issues with the HRIS;
- Manage and update employee files;
- Support the administration of HR projects for the Field Operations;
- Maintain and update the organizational charts and headcount reports;
- Collaborate in the preparation of Talent Management Review and support documentation;
- All other administrative duties or special projects assigned by the HR Management team.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field;
- At least 2 years of experience in a related administrative support role;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written) in French & English;
- High level of adaptability and ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment;
- Attention to detail;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Retail experience is an asset.
