We are seeking an organized and proactive **Project Coordinator** to join our dynamic video studio. The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in facilitating the smooth operation of the art department by managing administrative tasks, coordinating team schedules, and ensuring efficient workflow between departments and external stakeholders.
Reporting to the Studio Director, you'll act as a liaison between the company's various departments, ensuring that everyone meets the various deadlines/deliverables defined at the outset, while adapting everything to the reality of the project and respecting company policies.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Schedule Management:
- Create and maintain team schedules based on project requirements and deadlines;
- Coordinate with project managers and team members to allocate resources and ensure optimal utilization of time and talent;
- Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them to minimize disruptions to project timelines.
2. Project Management:
- Manage the workflow of the studio, ensuring tasks are assigned, tracked, and completed according to deadlines;
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Studio Director;
- Steer projects from concept to launch, ensuring every phase aligns with our vision and quality standards;
- Identifying, anticipating and resolving any issues or challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle;
- Tackle project challenges head-on, strategizing and executing solutions to maintain momentum and meet our ambitious goals.
3. Interdepartmental Coordination:
- Act as the central node of communication, ensuring clarity and coherence in information flow within the team;
- Coordinate studio projects for post-production, photography and videography teams;
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, and managing departmental documentation.
Qualifications:
- College or university diploma in a related field or an equivalent combination of experience and training;
- Strong organizational skills, scheduling abilities and attention to detail;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment;
- Experience with MS Office, Excel and Powerpoint; (I swapped them in order of priority)
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills;
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
**Experience**:
- 3+ years experience in a similar position

Nous recherchons un **Coordinateur (trice) de projet** organisé (e) et proactif (ive) pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique du département artistique. Le Coordinateur (trice) de projet jouera un rôle crucial dans la facilitation du bon fonctionnement du département en gérant les tâches administratives, en coordonnant les plannings de l'équipe et en assurant un flux de travail efficace entre les départements et les parties prenantes externes.
Sous la responsabilité du directeur du studio, vous assurerez la liaison entre les différents départements de l'entreprise et veillerez à ce que chacun respecte les différents délais et livrables définis au départ, tout en adaptant l'ensemble à la réalité du projet et en respectant les politiques de l'entreprise.
