**Job Duties and Responsibilities**

Currently, our company is actively seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and passionate Administrative Assistant. For this role, responsibilities include the following:

- Respond to client inquiries electronically and by phone
- Process account documentation paperwork and communicate with back office to completion
- Help maintain general office tidiness
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- Handle multiple projects
- Help organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs
- Conduct data entry
- Implement clerical duties and administrative processes

**Position Requirements**:

- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Management or HR Management or related field is an **asset**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional communication demeanor
- Strong organization skills and time management skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, Teams, Word, etc.
- Attention to detail and accuracy, and the ability to multitask
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative Assistant: 2 years (preferred)
- Shipping & receiving: 1 year (preferred)
