Administrative Assistant

**Position Summary**:
**Responsibiltes**:
- Manage and maintain office administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and inventory management.
- Provide exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Schedule appointments and send reminders to clients.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Reach out to potential clients for our services.
- Assist with getting and answering reviews.
- Handle warranty claims and order replacement parts.
- Answer incoming calls and provide professional customer service.
- Manage specific client accounts and build strong relationships.
- Assist with marketing and sales efforts as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in office administration or customer service is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
