We are looking for compassionate individuals who want to make a positive impact on the lives of our seniors at Gardens of Parry Sound. We are recruiting for a _**Full-Time Office Manager**_.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Reviews and processes monthly Resident rent and service invoices
- Administers and accounts for petty cash
- Receives and processes payments from Residents
- Prepares financial, Resident and employee reports upon request
- Maintains Resident and employee administrative files
- Adheres to the policies, understands the requirements of the Resident Tenancy Act
- Processes Resident move-ins, and discharges, on appropriate forms and lists
- Answers questions of Residents and visitors
- Processes new employees through the payroll system (Dayforce)
- Responsible for reception functions including receiving all guests, answering the phone, maintaining visitor log, etc.
- Hiring and onboarding new reception staff, dietary aides, and cooks.
- Accountable for the completion of new leases and amendments to leases as requested
- Duties as assigned
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- College Diploma or University Degree in Office, Management/Business Administration
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experienced in dealing with customer service setting
- Skilled in conflict management techniques
Pay: From $21.00 per hour
