**Description**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business office
- Manage budgets and financial reporting
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency
- Coordinate and communicate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Create and maintain reports and records for analysis and review
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and coaching to office staff
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an office management role, Preferably in the automotive

industry
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds would be an asset
- Criminal Record Check is required

Pay: $40,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
