**Position Objectives**:
The After Sales Business Development Manager is responsible for the achievement of assigned sales objectives for the following Aftersales products: Lifestyle (**P**LX) including Porsche eBikes and Porsche Timepieces, accessories (**T**equipment) including winter wheel sets (WWS) and Manthey performance parts and **G**enuine parts sales - **PTG**. Responsibilities include the development of business enhancing strategies and marketing programs as well as monitoring KPIs to ensure continuous improvement at all Porsche Centres and Porsche Cars Canada Ltd. (PCL). This position is also responsible for monitoring the After Sales KPIs for both internal dealer motivational programs, Performance Margin, and Premier Dealer. In addition, this position communicates the identified KPI opportunities to the respective PCL Business Development Manager (BDM) and secures an associated improvement plan, following the BDM for implementation and securing the desired After Sales results.
**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Exceed monthly sales and penetration objectives for the three assigned **PTG** sales channels (**P**LX, **T**equipment, and **G**enuine)
- Assume the role of PCL Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all PTG products
- Effectively manage contract Timepiece Manager Timepieces Business Development & Brand Ambassador
- Analyze applicable financial and customer data to effectively identify business trends and opportunities within the PTG product group
- Manage PTG related strategies with PAG and ensure Canadian requirements are considered during roll-out of global initiatives
- Develop annual dealer Business Plan PTG strategies and targets, incorporating relevant dealer incentive and recognition programs
- Develop new concepts and customer strategies to achieve assigned objectives and implement supportive marketing strategies and plans, adhering to available budgets
- Coordinate PTG Aftersales initiatives with Marketing Department and external agencies
- Effectively collaborate with other PCL departments to execute identified PTG strategies and initiatives
- Leverage relationship with BDMs to achieve assigned objectives, ensuring all relevant strategies are effectively communicated and implemented with each Porsche Centre
- Develop strategies to further enhance Aftersales loyalty and customer satisfaction, capitalizing on growing Canadian Porsche Vehicle Park
- Provide timely PTG dealer support, as required
- Develop and deliver associated PTG product dealer training
- Update PTG sales performance on a monthly basis and disseminate to all relevant stakeholders
- Monitor PTG Marketing spend (MAL), ensuring timely procurement administration within annual assigned spend

**Education**:
- Bachelor degree in Business/Finance/Engineering/Technology/Data Management
- 1 - 2 years’ experience working with a focus on After Sales programs and systems in automotive
- 2 - 3 years’ experience of business development and administration role
**Experience**

- Five-plus years in the automotive industry, preferably with an OEM and/or within the Aftersales area of a dealership
- Thorough understanding of automotive retail service and parts operations
- In-dealer experience an asset
- Strong knowledge of PAG and dealer processes
- Languages (French and or German) is an asset but not a requirement
**Skills**:
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills with keen attention to detail
- Advanced computer skills - Outlook, Excel (Vlookup, macros, index match, pivot table, macro knowledge/visual basic and think-cell an asset), Access, PowerPoint, Adobe and SAP
- Financial analysis capabilities with demonstrated ability to manage a multi-faceted budget
- Ability to create business development strategies and execute effectively within budget
- Advertising and merchandising skills - proficient event creation and management experience
- Ability to solve advanced problems and trouble-shoot complex analytical issues
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
- Ability to multi-task, managing and overseeing multiple activities simultaneously
- Reliable, dedicated, and proactive with a strong motivation and willingness to learn Basic vehicle technical and service knowledge
- Valid Ontario G license - required in the event of occasional driving
