**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**
Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will be establishing relationships with new customers to achieve assigned sales quotas. This will involve assessing clients needs while providing solutions, presenting services to existing and new clients, adding additional accounts.
We adopt a consultative approach - determine business needs, educate and provide a solution based on the information given.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Initiate contact with the business management and provide a value-based solution tailored to their businesses needs.
- Build and maintain relationships. Follow up and generate sales based on marketplace canvasing, referrals, and other sources if applicable. Establishing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships is crucial**. Ensure productive and positive relationships with prospective customers. Respect what they have built.**:
- Regularly follow up with decision-makers to build relationships and generate new business inquiries. Text blasts to revive approvals and peak interest.
- Visit customers locations to promote and educate them on products and services.
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. Meet performance targets for sales and quality. Hitting daily/weekly/monthly quotas with incentives paid out
- Follow-up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and promote new products and services
- Manage database of appointments and daily schedule to ensure all prospects are handled in a timely manner. Answer new and existing customer inquiries about products and services.
Operate both independently and as part of a team. Attending weekly online meetings/training.
**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Energetic, outgoing personality with a desire to succeed.
- Excellent selling, communication and interpersonal skills are key. A proven track record of outstanding sales performance.
- An ambitious go-getter with strong organization & presentation skills
- B2B sales experience is an asset. Knowledge of finance and business processes would be considered an asset as well.
