Territory Sales Manager - Greater Vancouver / Lower Mainland
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to build business in a wide range of industries throughout the Fraser Valley region.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Work with our team to provide timely and seamless shipping for current and new customers.
- Boots on the ground - cold calling and visiting potential new customers.
- Local travel will be required.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to make informed business decisions.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, keeping management informed about territory performance.
- You will be required to learn and work with our computer-based Transportation Management System (TMS) to input orders and update shipments.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience with a proven track record.
- Ability to build and maintain great relationships with customers.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Multitasking and problem solving abilities.
- Valid BC Driver’s License.
- Applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada without sponsorship.
