**OVERVIEW**

Guard X Security is looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team, focusing on the security services sector in the Lower Mainland area. This role is perfect for someone with prior experience in the security guard industry and a proven ability to generate leads and close deals. This part-time position (minimum 4 hours per week) offers a handsome commission on successful project closures.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the security services industry by targeting companies in need of security guard solutions.
- Leverage your existing network and industry experience to generate leads, set meetings, and present our security services to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to ensure a steady pipeline of business opportunities.
- Understand client needs to propose tailored security solutions that meet their specific requirements.
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and collaborate with our team to ensure successful contract execution and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitive offerings to effectively position our services and maintain a competitive edge.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by closing deals and expanding our client base in the Lower Mainland area.

**IDEAL CANDIDATE**
- Proven sales experience within the security guard industry, with a track record of generating leads and closing deals.
- Excellent networking skills and the ability to develop strong business relationships.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate the value proposition of our security services.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Knowledge of the Lower Mainland market and its specific security needs is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple prospects, and efficiently prioritize tasks.
- Must have legal authorization to work in Canada.

**COMPENSATION**
- This is a commission-based role with the potential to earn handsome commissions on sales.
