**Job Description:**

As a Business Development and Sales Strategist, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and building long-term relationships with our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Achieving sales targets through effective sales planning and execution
  • Developing and executing sales strategies that align with company goals
  • Providing technical sales support across the sales cycle
  • Managing existing accounts and pursuing new business opportunities

**Requirements:**

  • Proven track record of success in technical sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrable proficiency with CRM software, presentation software, meeting management tools, spreadsheets, and other sales-related software tools
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience
  • Strong technical aptitude and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
