Office Administrator

The position is for 3 days per week, 6 hours per day with the potential for more. Start date can be flexible but preference is the date shown.
**Duties include but not limited to**:
- Perform a range of administrative and office support activities to facilitate efficient operation of the showroom
- Open and close the showroom
- Keep the showroom clean
- Answer phones, greet clients, and provide information and assistance to those clients, and employees
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and other documents as needed
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
- Maintain inventory of doors and countertops, follow sign in and out system
**Requirements**:
- the ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Familiarity in Google Suite (sheets, docs, Gmail)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $18.00 per hour
