About the Role:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Harbour City Equipment Ltd. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and preparing documents.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure the office is well-stocked and organized.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in administration, business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
